Any commercial use of the images, text, programs or other materials found in the ISC Web Site is strictly prohibited, without the express written consent of ISC.

Trademarks. The names, logos, and taglines identifying ISC's products and services are proprietary marks of Integrated Systems Consultants, Inc. or its subsidiaries. Our technical partners including Microsoft, HP, Citrix, Red Hat, SBC and MCI and their products and services referenced herein are either registered trademarks or trademarks of each partner. All other trademarks and service marks are the property of their respective owners.

Content Submission. Certain areas of the ISC Web Site may allow for the exchange of information between you and ISC. Any submission becomes the property of ISC, and the web site user implicitly grants ISC the authority and right to use that content in accordance with ISC privacy policies detailed below.

Your Responsibility. The web site user assumes all responsibility for use of the ISC Web Site and waives all claims against Integrated Systems Consultants, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, suppliers and programmers that may arise from the utilization of the ISC Web Site.

Accuracy of Information. While all reasonable attempts are made to ensure the accuracy of the information, neither ISC, nor its information contributors can be held responsible by the web site user for the accuracy of the information found in the ISC Web Site. ISC makes no expressed or implied warranty as to the accuracy or merchantability of content or programming.
 

Integrated Systems Consultants respects your privacy.  We work hard to safeguard the privacy of your personal data.  We want you to know that we apply our long-standing commitment to safeguarding privacy to all aspects of our business.

ISC does not share, disclose or sell any of your personal information (such as your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address).  In the future, should ISC decide to share such data with third parties for marketing, it will provide notification and the opportunity for its users to indicate whether they would prefer that ISC not provide such information about them to third parties. Because this information is a critical part of our business, it would be treated like our other assets in the context of a merger, sale or other reorganization or legal proceeding.
